Kay Controls Limited was made a Cylon ACSI partner in 2006 and the system has been our first choice recommendation for new installations and existing system upgrades ever since. Cylon was bought by ABB in 2020 who began investing in what was already Europe’s premium BMS in our opinion. It is easy to install, configure and commission but remains at the forefront of technology and a true commercial BMS. We have fantastic support from ABB meaning we can concentrate configuring the system to run HVAC mechanical plant efficiently and effectively.

York ISN
The York ISN Control system was installed into some of the biggest commercial sites around the world up until around 2005 when it was bought by Johnson Controls and shut down. It was hugely popular and, as it turned out, extremely reliable. Kay Controls is one of the few companies in Britain that has the in-house expertise and experience to support York BMS. It means that we can upload and back-engineer existing York outstations making replacement with a modern ABB Cylon system, cost effective, painless and with the minimum loss of service during transition.
